Terms of Service

Eligibility

Fox Spree is intended only for adults aged 18 or older. By using the website, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and may access this type of entertainment where you live.

Social casino entertainment

Fox Spree provides free casino-style entertainment. It is not a real-money casino, bookmaker or sportsbook. The catalog may change as games are revised, replaced or removed.

Meaning of virtual play

Game actions and results exist only inside the games. They do not represent real-world transactions, rights or property. Social casino performance does not indicate likely success in real-money gambling.

Virtual coins and virtual bets

Games may use virtual coins, virtual bets, scores and virtual wins. They are not money, are not connected to real betting odds, and cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, withdrawn or exchanged for cash, goods, services or prizes.

No real-money gambling or sportsbook

Fox Spree accepts no real-money wagers, publishes no betting odds and provides no betting on real or simulated sporting events.

No purchases or prizes

There are no deposits, subscriptions, purchases, paid virtual currency, cash prizes or material prizes.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, distribute harmful code, misuse its content, or use it unlawfully. Personal, lawful entertainment use is permitted.

Availability and changes

The website and games are provided as available. Continuous operation, error-free performance and permanent availability are not guaranteed. Content and these terms may change when the service changes.
